I am responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of Merced including revenue, expenses, investments, and long-term sustainability. Prior to Merced, I worked for 26 years at USAA supporting their insurance, investments, and CFO. I teach for several universities as an adjunct professor of Business. I also love spending time with my family and brand new granddaughter. I earned my Ph.D. in Leadership and Organizational Studies from Our Lady of the Lake University. I am mission-minded every day. I take a very conservative approach in my role so Merced can continue to provide our community with quality, affordable housing for decades to come.
