I oversee the operational performance of Merced’s multifamily communities, working closely with property management companies to monitor property conditions, support property operations, and contribute to the long-term success of our communities. With a B.A. in Psychology from UTSA and over a decade of experience in multifamily housing, my professional background includes asset management for a developer and owner of properties throughout Texas, as well as onsite property management at an affordable housing community. These experiences have given me an understanding of multifamily housing from both the ownership and management perspectives. Outside of work, I love traveling with my husband, cheering on our favorite sports teams, spending time at home with our two kids and dogs, and serving alongside our church family. I value building meaningful relationships, understanding different perspectives, and working together to find solutions. To me, these are essential to supporting communities that residents are proud to call home.
