As the Owner Occupied Repair Program (OORP) Director, I oversee the program to ensure our work meets code, compliance and quality-of-work standards.  As Vice President, I support the President in guiding Merced’s strategic direction. I have served the Merced mission in varying capacities including managing the Resident Services Program.  I have been employed with Merced for twelve years and, prior to Merced, I worked for Bexar County for 23 years. I have a BBA in Finance and am currently a HOLT Values-Based Leadership Training Fellow. I believe in helping others, but also listening and learning from them.  The work we do in OORP can become complicated and technical – balancing that with compassionate understanding and collaboration is rewarding.
