I monitor and work to sustain the physical, financial, and long-term viability of each of our multifamily properties. Previously, I worked as an Asset Manager for a developer and owner of several multifamily communities in Texas. Prior to that, I was a property manager for an affordable multifamily community, similar to those of Merced. Outside of work, I love traveling with my spouse and serving with my church family. I graduated from UTSA with a B.A. in Psychology. I cultivate and sustain partnerships to engage with property management teams, development collaborators, financial backers, and regulatory bodies, ensuring the holistic well-being of Merced’s affordable housing communities.
