I assist in the management of the Owner-Occupied Repair Program, where I help to facilitate the rehabilitation work that is being performed on our low-income households in Bexar County. I have 17 years of experience as a Customer Service Expert. I also have 10 plus years of experience as a Business Manager, managing not only a small local business but also a multimillion-dollar company as well. I love spending time with my kids, I love watching them exceed in the extra-curricular sports that they participate in. I also enjoy keeping myself young by participating in extra-curricular sports like pick-up basketball and flag football. A professional achievement of mine is making the transition from corporate and “for profit” to a non-profit organization in Merced Housing Texas. I am super excited to be part of an organization that is “boots on the ground” when it comes to helping, creating, and strengthening communities. Being part of the mission is extremely rewarding. I couldn’t be prouder of the work that Merced does! My work serves Merced’s mission by helping to provide assistance to families living on low incomes who otherwise would not be able to afford repairs to their homes on their own, which in turn strengthens the community and provides them with a healthier and safer living condition and overall quality of life.
